| HVAC seasonal tune-up (covered) | $0 diagnostic / plan copay may apply | Tune-up visits follow plan schedule; any parts outside coverage are quoted before install. |
| After-hours / emergency dispatch | $149 trip surcharge + diagnostic | Only via contact pathway—not available through standard online booking. |
How estimates work
- Technician completes diagnosis and documents findings.
- You receive a written estimate separating plan-covered items from out-of-pocket items.
- Covered work proceeds per plan authorization. Out-of-pocket work requires your approval before parts are ordered or installed.
- Payment for customer-responsible amounts is due as described in Policies.
No surprise charges. We do not begin non-covered repair work without your approval of the estimate.
